Services and billing
Drawn To Royalty LLC is a private pay mobile phlebotomy service that provides convenience by coming to you for blood draws. We operate as an independent service, ensuring all samples are delivered to the laboratory of your choice.
Please note that we do not bill insurance companies directly for our services. Clients are responsible for payment directly to DTR before services are rendered.
Client responsibilities
We require essential documentation such as a complete lab order, insurance card, and photo ID before proceeding. All documents must be provided 24 hours prior to the appointment, or it may need to be rescheduled with possible fees for subsequent changes.
Recollections due to external errors incur a charge, while errors by DTR are corrected at no cost.
Privacy and security
Ensuring client confidentiality is paramount. DTR adheres to HIPAA regulations, and all personal information is kept secure and private. We do not have access to your laboratory results; please contact your physician for any related inquiries.
