Billing process details
DRAWN TO ROYALTY LLC is a private pay service. Our service fee will not be billed to your insurance nor submitted for reimbursement. Lab tests are billed to your insurance by the agency. We require a copy of your insurance card to submit with specimens. Please note, DRAWN TO ROYALTY LLC is not liable for charges or outstanding balances between clients and the agency. Self-pay patients must complete payment before services.
